Ridge View Bank Taps Todd Murray as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking in the New River Valley

Roanoke, VA – Carrie McConnell, President of Ridge View Bank, is pleased to announce the hiring of Todd Murray as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking in the New River Valley.

A graduate of Virginia Tech with an MBA from James Madison University, Mr. Murray is a long-time resident of Blacksburg with more than 40 years of banking experience including the last 27 years serving the New River Valley, most recently as Market President of another financial institution.
 
“I grew up in the New River Valley and am excited to introduce Ridge View Bank to the area,” said Ms. McConnell. “Moving into a new market, our goal is to find the best banker to build around. I am confident we have that person in Todd Murray. He’s well known, well respected, and is going to be a great fit for our team and culture.”

Mr. Murray is a member of the Rotary Club of Blacksburg, the Onward New River Valley Investor Relations & Development Committee, and the Legislative Committee of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.

At Ridge View Bank, Mr. Murray will be responsible for loan and deposit production, as well as collaborating with the bank’s treasury, private banking, and wealth partners.
